Humble beginnings, promising direction, remarkable opportunity.

K2 Drug traces its humble beginnings to the efforts of its founder, who as a former medical representative discovered
her own gold mine in the pharmaceutical trade by acquiring underperforming drugstores and turning these around into vibrant and highly profitable businesses.

K2 Drug outlets are strategically located, after extensive feasibility studies with a proven formula for success. K2 Drug
is now positioning itself to be the leading drugstore in the country by carving its own niche in this sector. The selection process has been removed to avoid pilferage of K2 Drug’s location selection process.

K2 Drug’s expansion thrust is also anchored on its social mission of providing quality and affordable generic drugs,
branded pharmaceuticals and general merchandise to the ordinary customers.

K2 Drug goes a step further and now offers interested entrepreneurs an opportunity to own a business with good
potentials, relevant social mission and promising returns through franchising.

Company Profile

K2 Drug and General Merchandise opened its first store at Quezon City on August 8, 1998 and expanded to six (6) drugstores until 2006, including our wholesale center in Rizal Avenue Manila.

The company was then developed by FRANCORP Philippines for franchising because it is the only proven way to expand rapidly. We currently have ten
(10) company owned drugstores and three (3) franchisees, the latest being founded by a group of Japanese investors and a multi franchisee as well.

We were also incorporated last February 2007. K2 Drug Inc., is geared toward expansion by opening more company
owned and franchised outlets.
